Deporvillage launches as the official online store of the Itzulia Basque Country

The leading e-commerce in cycling completes its list of important sponsorships with the Basque Tour

Deporvillage and La Itzulia have signed a collaboration agreement that makes the leading cycling e-commerce in Southern Europe the official online shop of the Basque round of the Tour of the Basque Country for the next two editions.

As a natural step in its race to become the leader in the online sports retail market in Europe, deporvillage will be the official store of the 62nd edition of the Itzulia, which will be held from the 3rd to 8th of April in the Basque Country. Thus, it adds a new success to its record of important cycling sponsorships, including the Tour de France, La Vuelta and La Volta a Cataluña, as well as the Deporvillage Tritour triathlon league and the Deporvillage Transpyr Coast to Coast.

The agreement, which will allow deporvillage to market all the official products of the race as well as the participating teams’ kits, offers the e-commerce a prominent presence in a race of great international prestige.

Julián Eraso, president of the race, commented on the agreement that, “we consider this to be good news and a great step towards bringing the image of the Itzulia to the spectators. We continue to grow in sponsors and in different ways of collaborating with brands. The Itzulia is a great showcase and we are happy that brands like deporvillage are paying attention to us”.
