OCETA announces the official dates for the Itzulia Basque Country, Itzulia Women and Clásica San Sebastián 2025

  • Itzulia Basque Country: 7 – 12 April
  • Itzulia Women: 16 – 18 May
  • Clásica San Sebastián: 2 August

The UCI has officially announced the 2025 World Tour calendar, which will again include the three races organised by OCETA.

The association has confirmed the dates for three of the main events on the Basque cycling calendar: the Itzulia Basque Country, the Itzulia Women and the Clásica San Sebastián.

Itzulia Basque Country: To be held from 7 to 12 April. This stage race will cover various parts of the Basque Country and present a challenge for participants in one of the most popular cycling venues on the international calendar.

Itzulia Women: The race will run from 16-18 May. The women’s race, which has gained prominence in recent years, will once again feature the world’s best cyclists.

Clásica San Sebastián: To be held on 2 August. The one-day Clásica returns to its regular date, following the change in 2024 due to the Olympic Games.

These competitions reflect the Basque Country’s strong cycling tradition and its commitment to the sport. The routes and details for all three races will be revealed in the coming months.
